Mission Briefing:
Jack and Arcee beat a bully named Vince in a race, despite breaking a rule. Then Vince challenges Jack to a bigger race. Jack manages to borrow Bumblebee, but he's going to learn his lesson about illegal racing and rules when the Decepticon car Knock Out joins the race...

Mission Report:
Hey, cool! This must be the Transformers Prime version of Velocity (Transformers Animated, Season 2). Very neat...!
But back to business. Some stuff surrounding Optimus Prime is what knocks the points out--they made me uncomfortable, despite the minor humor they put in the first OP (Optimus Prime) scene.
But the rest of the episode was good. The story was good and pretty well-done, the action was awesome. But it also re-raised the question: "How in the world does Raf understand Bumblebee?" Will they ever answer that question? Yeesh... At least it showed that Raf's the only human to understand Bumblebee.
This was a pretty good episode overall.
