Terra Nova

Episode Name: Terra Nova
Series: Star Trek Enterprise, Season 1
Rating: Three Spaceships

Mission Briefing:
Captain Archer and his crew head for the planet Terra Nova, to figure out the mystery of a human colony that Earth lost contact with about 70 years ago. They discover the Novans, descendants of the human colonists. They think that they aren't humans, however, and are not the friendliest (though not "let's kill everyone").
That may be a problem when Archer & Co. discover that the Novans are in danger...

Mission Report:
This was only an average episode for me. The story was decently done, though I question the wisdom of the cave-in scenes. They seemed plastered on, though they seemed to have some sort of other purpose.
The enjoyment level was about average. It started getting better near the end, but I did yawn during some parts.
The part I thought that was good was the whole "not-bring-them-to-Earth" discussion. I could see many truths and the like during this episode that was good. The whole think-human-hostile because of young minds seeing adults blame other humans seemed very reasonable and good. I think that that piece of the episode was well-done.
So, all in all, this was only an average episode for me, though I found some of the reasoning used in this show true and well-done.
