Episode Name: Stand
Series: Warehouse 13, Season 3
Rating: Three and a Half Spaceships
Mission Briefing:
Walter Sykes's endgame is nigh! He has discovered a possible secondary entry into the Warehouse. Everyone's brought into this. But it's not just the Collodi Bracelet he's after... and that means the question is... will the Warehouse survive?
Will all the people we know survive?
Mission Report:
There were very enjoyable parts. And there were some not-so-enjoyable parts. The story was very well-done, though it's sorry that H.G. Wells had to go. And, in some small way, Mrs. Fredrick. And it did have some glitches in it.
And I'm sure there was A Prime Problem twist. They wanted to blow the Warehouse up, and play with its footage. So here we are... blowing-up Warehouse footage to go with the storyline! Now, they may have just been going on with the storyline, but A Prime Problem is what came to mind when the Warehouse was blowing up. You know, the classic 1980's episode I was sure that they were using as an excuse to blow a Starscream up? But I will say that said explosion scenes were very well-done. I was impressed with how well-done they were done, special effects and all.
And it has a cliffhanger! I was never very fond of those. Though I get the get-people-to-continue-the-series trick.
All in all, this is not my fave episode. It was only so-so, though it had some good moments and good special effects.
