Mission Briefing:
After helping catch some car thieves, Tracks goes out for a nighttime spin in New York. But an attempted stealing puts Tracks in a bad shape, and leads him to meet the city boy named Rowel. Together, the duo discover a Decepticon plot.
New York, prepare for your second Decepticon rumble!

Mission Report:
This show is the second New York show. It's also where we meet another semi-common human character: Rowel! He's less common than the main gang, but he does pop up again (Auto-Bop).
The story needs some work. There were a couple of glitches and don't-make-sense scenes. But it's kind of enjoyable. Hey, like I said before, despite the fights, Rowel and Tracks are friends! It's fun to see where that all started.
And there's a awesome background scene. On movie-theater signs, it would say "The Transformers: The Movie" or something highly similar! Now that's an awesome way to advertise*!
This was a pretty good show overall.
