Mission Briefing:
The Decepticons bring an energy-filled asteroid into Earth's orbit, and have the Constructicons start mining. When searching out Omega Supreme, Optimus learns of Omega's past and his secret... he was once friends with the Constructicons, and they betrayed him! Now he wants revenge! But a battle on the asteroid leads to its hatching... yep, it was an egg! A super-hungry creature goes on the rampage, and only Omega Supreme can save the day.
And, um, yeah... he's a little busy with his revenge!

Mission Report:
This is personally not one of my faves. The story had some glitches (though not total trash), and was not the best for enjoyment. It was cool seeing Decept's and an Autobot friends for a short time, and then it was betrayal, mind-altering, etc., etc., etc....
Oh, I'd said I'd gripe about this in a different review, but here's where we realize that they are casually forgetting series details! The Constructicons were originally made on Earth, but, binga-banga-boom, suddenly they were born on Cybertron! The Master Builders was actually the first one with this problem, but I just hate that episode anyway and I forgot to mention it. But it's of higher importance in this one, and just plain annoying! They remembered it in Desertion Of The Dinobots Parts 1-2 (the Constructicons could function for the same reason that the Dinobots could), but then they smashed it! ANNOYING!!!
This is personally not a fave show of mine.
